Reservation Sales Specialist

• Attend to customers' requests and requirements.
• Seek out new prospects through effective digital marketing and direct visitation to potential new clients.
• Develop new products based on market research.
• Develop and specialize a Tourist Visas Application (Online and Embassy Submission)
• Tour Packages (inbound, outbound, and Group Tours)
• Cruises Booking System and Specialize in Booking and Selling
• Interaction with suppliers and business partners to create tour packages.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
• Handle any related inquiries and assist Operations Team when required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills, analytical skills, and customer relationship skills.
• Initiate activities and other sources of sales which eventually lead to hitting personal targets.
