Job Summary:

Oversee the team operations and completion of assigned project tasks by efficiently and cost effectively utilizing physical and human resources with timeliness in the delivery of products in conformance to customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• should possess good communication skills
• should have good coaching, mentoring and operational skills
• with supervisory experience especially from the BPO industry
• working in a fast paced evironment is an advantage
• willing to work on site and on a night shift
• can start immediately
