Your Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customers. Give correct information and solve problems with a friendly attitude.
Handle incoming calls and emails about car products. Make sure customers are happy with clear communication.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, updating information as needed.
Needed Qualifications:
Completed at least 2-years of college
Must have 3 months of call center experience. Or, you need 6 -months of customer service experience in any industry.
