Job Description 

1. Handle customer inquiries and provide support professionally.
2. Required to learn Airtable and Sling platforms.
3. Required to be careful in making sure all details are entered correctly.
4. Potential career progression to Chat Manager
5. Able to conduct yourself and reply to inquiries professionally

Job Requirements
1. At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service Support/ BPO Industry.
2. Ability to handle crises well.
3. Willing to learn various processes.
4. Attentive with Data Entry
5. Careful and Meticulous
6. Fluent in both oral and written english language.

Salary = PHP 12,000
