Description:

TBA is looking for someone who is approachable with a polite and friendly disposition, able to confidently manage queries, provide good quality support to staff, and build a good and positive image of the school.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To manage reception and public areas, and provide high-quality support to staff, students, parents and stakeholders.  
  • To deliver high-quality front-of-house services, provide a welcoming and friendly reception and respond to queries with a good understanding of school programmes and activities across centres.
  • To manage work operations and ensure the safety of the unit, staff and visitors.

Pre-requisites:

  • Confident and approachable with a friendly disposition
  • Good team player, and able to interact and work well with others
  • High level of initiative 
  • Proficient in English
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Adaptive
