Technical Educator

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist in the development of educational materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and training manuals.

·         Provide technical guidance on the proper use of our products, tools, and techniques.

·         Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.

·         Collaborate with the Education team to continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evaluations.

·         Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging active participation and engagement from participants.

·         Address participant questions and concerns during and after training sessions, ensuring a clear understanding of the material.

·         Assist in organizing and coordinating educational events, trade shows, and seminars.

·         Support the Senior Technical Educator in various tasks related to training program development and execution.

·         Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and attendance.

Requirements:

·         Atleast High school Graduate or College level

·         Willing to work full time

·         A passion for the hair beauty industry and a strong desire to educate and inspire others.

·         Relevant professional experience in the hair beauty industry, such as hairstyling.

·         Proven experience in conducting training sessions or workshops, either in a formal or informal setting.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.

·         Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and products.

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·         Ability to adapt to different learning styles and levels of expertise among participants.

·         Proficiency in using technology for virtual training sessions, including video conferencing tools and presentation software.

·         A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine interest in helping others succeed.

·         Willingness to travel occasionally for training events and seminars.

·         Relevant certifications or qualifications in beauty-related fields are a plus.
