· Knows how to administer the professional stylist process of perming, Hair Color, Hair Treatment to achieve highest standards of technical excellence

· Create strategies to assess and evaluate results of technical training and create plans to drive sales and continuously improve results

· Track best practices and coach team members to swiftly implement strategies across client base

· Maintain excellent working relationship and coordination with the branch owners and managers (salon and retail)

· Spot new service trends in the market and conduct competitive reviews and determine appropriate action

· Partner with specialists to create Education calendars to deliver sales growth

· Provide necessary support to the Sales Head of Create and to support technical education programs

Qualification:

-College graduate or even High School graduate, College Level or Finished a Technical Course

-With at least a year of experience in Salon, Distributor and/or Manufacturing education, salon/salon service affinity and expertise

-Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training/education plans that drive sales results to a diverse audience

-Good verbal and written communication skills

-Exceptional training/presentation skills including the ability to present to large audiences

-Strong affinity for the salon business and strong in-salon experience

-Strong leadership skills including an entrepreneurial business approach

-Ability to cooperate with creative teams

-Ability to work a flexible schedule as business dictates or even weekends as needed

-Willing to start immediately

Willing to assigned in Cubao, Quezon City

Can start ASAP
