Description:

Responsibilities:

• To ensure all valid accounting transactions and records are updated in the AutoCount correctly 
• Prepare full set of financial reports on monthly basis and report to the Management.
• Supervise and monitor daily cash flows position and prepare cash flow forecast when necessary.
• Liaise and coordinate with Auditors, Tax Agent, Company Secretary, Banker, Treasury, etc
• To ensure that the Sales Tax reports are prepared correctly and submit to Customs on bi-monthly basis.
• To coordinate with the respective authorized personnel and prepare payments for car insurance renewal, road tax renewal, JPJ inspection & etc. 
• To prepare and maintain Fixed Assets Register to control and safeguard the Property, Plant and Equipment of the Company.
• To check, calculate and update the bank borrowings interest expense such Term Loan Interest, Hire Purchase Interest and etc.
• To keep and maintain proper secretarial records, all original document of the banking facilities and all important agreement and licenses of the Company
• To handle any ad hoc activities assigned by the superiors.
•Support junior in the team in managing daily operation.
