Accountant

Accounting:

Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role such as:

• complete daily bookkeeping;
• accounts payable and receivables;
• cash receipts;
• collect, organize, and keep track of financial transactions;
• general ledger, payroll and utilities, capital assets reconciliations, account statement reconciliations;
• ensure timely and accurate monthly and year end closure of accounts;
• prepare payments, bank transfers and do the bank transactions;
• do payroll entry in the web banking;
• and other related duties as assigned

Reports:

Produce periodic financial reports and other financial documents for the management

Assistance:

Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts

Tax:

Prepare, assist and review tax computation, tax assessment and tax planning analysis

Audit:

Prepare and coordinate financial audit

Ensure timely and effective follow up to audit observations and recommendations

Qualifications:

Able to use English as the working language

Bachelor’s/College Degree or above in Accountancy/Banking/Finance

3+ years working experience in Accountancy/Finance/Banking

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software and databases

8. Having working experience in financial industry, Fintech is preferred.
