Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Accounting department
- Handle communications with clients and agents via email, phone, or in person
- Process transactions, issue checks, and update ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering calls, processing the mail, etc.
- Prepare financial reports, assist with audits, fact-checks, and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Has at least a College/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any Business Management course
- MS Office and Google Form/Sheet familiarity
- preferably has knowledge in BIR Tax Laws and SEC reportorial requirements
- has strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills,
- highly detail-oriented and has a pleasing personality

- All employees are required to wear a mask inside the office and should be fully vaccinated.
