Accounting Assistant
Description:
- Banking runs - deposit and encashment
- Systematic filing of check vouchers and other pertinent accounting records
- Handling petty cash including reporting and replenishment
- Preparation of check request voucher
- Checking, collating, and payment to suppliers
- Preparation of expanded withholding tax summary and certificates
- Prepare summary and file copies of creditable tax certificates
- Liaison with purchasing department and suppliers
- Assist in billing, documentation, and coordination with customers
- Knowledgeable to Audit and payroll
- Other accounting related works that may be assigned from time to time
- Willing to work in Parañaque City
- Graduate of Accountancy
