Overview:
The role involves market research, lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, and setting appointments with businesses. The successful telemarketer / appointment setter develops a complete understanding of each client’s goals, markets, needs and pain points, to formulate appropriate solutions.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation.
  • Cold Calling and Cold Emailing.
  • Set appointment through a LinkedIn tool.
  • Source out prospects from other sources (manual prospecting).
  • Call & Email follow-ups with prospects.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have previous work experience with the Financial Enterprise/Financial Technology industry.
  • Must have previous sales experience for 1 to 3 years.
  • Must have knowledge working with any CRM System.
  • Willing to be trained using the CRM tool the client is using.
  • With experience in doing Cold Calling and Cold Emailing.
  • Experienced in doing lead generation and setting appointments.
  • Tech Savvy.
  • Amenable to work from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin language, speaking and writing.


Salary: RM 3,500 - 4,000
