They key accountabilities & responsibilities include the following:
- Prepare complex financial models.
- Value companies and intangible assets.
- Analyze financial statements of companies.
- Provide support in Mergers and Acquisition transactions.
- Develop industry studies and analysis.
- Conduct financial / commercial due diligence.
- Assist in pitching, selling, and marketing initiatives of the company.
- Support international outsourcing engagements.
- Hybrid work arrangement. Flexi-time.
To be successful in this role, you must be:
- a college graduate with degree in any of the following: Accounting, Finance, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
- with 0 – 2 years working experience.
- CPA and/or CFA are a plus. Or those currently preparing for CPA Board Exam.
- strong project management skills and ability to execute projects on a timely manner with minimal supervision.

- proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel.
