Coordinate the preparation of annual reports, annual and special audits including liaison with auditors on interim and year end statutory audits and other ad-hoc exercises.
Liaise with company secretaries, external auditors, tax agents and statutory bodies in a professional and cordial manner
Assist on ad hoc general administrative and financial matters where needed
Job Requirements:
At least Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
3 year working experience - accounting / finance working experience
Experience using Accounting software – QnE, QuickBooks, SQL
Good in excel e.g. pivot tables
Able to multitask and work well under pressure, maintain strong attention to details and prioritize work within tight deadlines
