EBM has partnered with a cooperative company in Paranaque to conduct a search for suitably qualified candidates to undertake the position of FINANCE HEAD.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results

• Approve budgets

• Conduct risk management

• Evaluate and decide on investments

• Supervise finance and accounting teams

• Allocate resources and manage cash flows

• Conduct profit and loss analyses

• Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information

•   Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations

•   Consult board members about funding options

•   Recommend cost-reducing solutions

•   Ensure there is a monthly updated debtors and creditors entries and distributed in relevant period

  Required Experience and Qualifications

•   A graduate of Bachelors in Accountancy, Finance or related field

•   Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

•   MBA or relevant certification a plus

•   Proven work experience as Head of Finance

•   In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping

•   Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management

•   Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models

•   Proficiency in accounting software

•   Solid analytical and decision making skills

•   Strong leadership skills

•   Willing to work in Paranaque
