Description:

1. Accounting:

Complete daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc. and other related duties as assigned

2. Coordination:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department.

3.Tax:

Tax planning, supervision and coordination of tax saving plan and local financial compliance .

As the financial person in charge of the company, he/she will be responsible for the audit reports of the dispatched enterprises, tax returns, banks and other compliance documents of the regulatory authorities

4. Cooperation:

Connect with regulators and external parties and interpret relevant financial data;

cooperate with audit firms, cooperate with the inspection of tax and other government departments

5. Finance Compliance:

Ensure that each requirement of the SEC and BIR are filed on time to avoid penalty

6. Reports:

Process month and end year reports,

provide financial reports,

interpret financial information and recommend further courses of action to upper management

7. Financial strategy:

Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies and principles;

Lay the groundwork for in-house accounting and financial reporting;

Design effective budget models,

Analyze financial information

Present budget to the top management

Review budget requests

Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results

Suggest spending improvements that increase profits

Review the company’s budget for compliance with legal regulations

Qualifications:

Able to use English as the working language

Bachelor’s/College Degree or above in Accountancy/Banking/FinanceCPA is a plus

3+ years of financial management experience

5+ years working experience in Accountancy/Finance/Banking

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software and databases

Good communication and coordination ability and team awareness

High attention to details and accuracy

Ability to lead a team of Accounting Assistants
