Qualifications:

Knowledgeable with LGU Securing Permits (Business Permit, Building Permits, Zoning, BFP, and other permit related to constrcution project).
Knowledgeable with BIR Transaction, Registry of Deeds, Land Registration Authority (LRA), Assessor.
Familiar with the documents related to transfer TITLE.
Capable of doing transaction with HMDF/Bank Loan Filing.
With interest, patience, and passion of collecting and filing documents from accounts/client preparation for loan process title and conversion.
Customer Service Oriented.
Willing to undergo training.
With at least 1 year experience of the same process.
