We are the leading plastic distributor and plastic solutions provider in the Philippines. We are a growing company and continually looking for candidates who are willing to work with us from Mondays to Saturdays. Openings for office staff with the following positions: (1) Sales Staff, (2) Accounting Staff - Tax Compliance, (3) Payable Staff

Job Description

Accounting Staff - Tax Compliance

  • Encoding and filing of paper works (for reporting to BIR)
  • Ensures timely filing and payment of all corporate monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns

Payables Staff

  • Receives, reviews and process invoices/ receipts sent by other offices
  • Issues check vouchers and checks
  • Encodes and files documents

Sales Staff / Account Executive

  • Handle inquiries via e-mail, phone calls, Viber, Facebook and other social media accounts
  • Serve as the point person for customers order taking and order update
  • Offer new/old products to new/old customers
  • Follow up customers on their purchase orders
  • Perform outstanding and fast customer service to customers such as following up on the preparation of their order, updating customers and making sure that their account is properly handled
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Accountancy, Marketing, Communication or related field
  • Must be proficient in Excel and other office applications
  • Accuracy and attention to details

Company Requirements:

  • Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Willing to undergo training and evaluation for one month
  • Willing to work and be assigned in BGC, Taguig office
