Description:
Coordinate destination mobility services globally with subcontractors
Coordinate and manage the Mobility solutions for international assignees (i.e. relocation, accommodation, transportation, logistics, immigration, etc.) throughout the assignment period
Responsible for case management, interfacing with the clients and vendors
Be the Point of Contact for clients and manage the assignment process from start to finish
Coordinate the work of global subcontractors providing destination services
Participate in the recruitment and training of subcontractors
Liaise between local partners and the company’s clients
Answer ad-hoc information requests of clients and assignees
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 7 years of experience in global mobility support or similar position, and in providing international destination services, relocation management and expatriate support services
Must have experience in delivering services to clients or must come from service providers/vendors
Must have experience in supplier/vendor management
Knowledge or experience in Request for Proposal (RFP) and bidding process a plus
Excellent oral and written English language skills
Education or work experience abroad, and knowledge of other languages are advantages
Proficient in MS Office
Proactive, persistent, open, cooperative, and has good prioritizing skills
