Nurse/Authorized Specimen Collector

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•         Able to do vital signs (BP, Cardiac rate, respiratory rate, pulse oximeter, height, weight and visual acuity)
•         Assist MD regarding employee and OPD vaccination
•         Able to monitor employees on sick leave
•         Provides records for SWABBING of employees
•         Inventory of medications
•         Able to administer medications (oral, Intramascular, or IV)
•         Record keeping of important documents (such as patient/employees censuses, vaccine records, health records of employees)
•         Provides weekly reports and census of the clinic
•         Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

·        Graduate of any health-related science course;

·        Good customer service-orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;

·        Must be proactive and self-starter;

·        Exhibits professional discretion;

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills;

·        Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;

·        Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays;

·        Can work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision;
