Outbound Customer Service Representative

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Nearby MRT Station)

Employment Type: 12 months contract (renewable based on your performance)

Working Days/ Hours: Monday till Friday/8.30 am till 6 pm

Salary: Up to RM2,500

Job Description:

• • Perform servicing calls to reach out to customers to inform them of pending premiums and encourage payment for continued coverage. 
  • No sales are required.

Requirements

• • Diploma or Degree.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Do not have any credit issues with the banks/ financial institutions.
