We are looking for Accounts and Admin assistant to assist our Finance manager with the following scope of work:

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable function: generate sales invoices from internal Accounting Tool and generate Statement of Accounts.
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable function: update invoices into internal system.
  • Update goods delivery report, O365 files etc.
  • Collect all supporting documents and receipts
  • Prepare monthly closing file for accountant
  • Handling Procurement function
  • Handling Costing in Accounting Tool
  • To manage admin tasks as and when assigned

Technical Skill set:

  • Attention to details and meticulous is a must
  • Strong knowledge in accounting.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel: Pivot Table, Vlookup, Sumif etc.
  • Have experience working for an IT company as an accountant is a real plus
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance
