Responsibility

Responsible in the process of preparing the ingredients and cooking the core
Ensure quality and quantity of production is achieved for all events
Helping to improve production control processes as well as product quality and efficiency
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with food safety standards
Handle daily tasks directed by the Head of Department and ensure daily operations meet expectations, check daily stock and monitor cooking equipment daily

Qualifications

Experience working as a chef in filling or qualifications in culinary and management
Knowledge in GMP and HALAL
Responsible and have team spirit
Able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays
