Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from handling paperwork to providing exceptional customer service and coordinating housekeepers. Key Responsibilities:
Handle Paperwork: Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service using Hostaway software to manage guest inquiries and reservations.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, acting as the primary liaison between them and our company.
Coordinate Housekeepers: Assist in coordinating the schedules and tasks of housekeeping staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guests.
Social Media Posting: Utilize provided templates and scheduling tools to create and publish engaging social media posts to promote our properties and services.
Check-In and Check-Out: Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using Hostaway software (training can be provided).
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
