Job Description

• To manage, schedule, and supervise outlet staff
• Monitor, report, and oversee the outlet's daily business operation
• Coaching and training in customer service and product knowledge
• Excellent motivational skills to maintain staff, self-motivated

• Skilled in problems solving with fast results & basic knowledge of kitchen equipment

Requirement

• At least 1 year in F&B or retails line, knowledge of barista
• Qualification in pastry and bakery/ culinary arts
• Diploma In Administrative or Hotel management
• Knowledge of MS office (Excel) added advantages
• Must have adriving license and willing to travel
