ROOM ATTENDANT/ PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø With at least 6 months of work experience in a Hotel Housekeeping Operations.
Ø With experience as a Room Attendant/ Public Area Attendant in the Hotel Industry is an advantage.
Ø Knowledgeable in Housekeeping procedures
Ø Knowledgeable on using Housekeeping Tools & Equipment
Ø Good communication & with High level of customer service skills.
Ø Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ø HRM/HM graduate or any four-year course, College level with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Ø With NCII Certificate in Housekeeping
Ø Attention to Detail
Ø Should be a team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Public Area Attendant
· Cleaning public spaces like Function Hall, Lobbies, Meeting Rooms, and Rest Rooms.
· Cleaning stairways, Hallways, and elevator/skelators.
· Cleaning windows and other surfaces using equipment such as squeegees, mops, and buckets of soapy water.
· Keeping building facilities clean by performing task such as vacuuming carpets and emptying garbage cans in public areas.
Room Attendant
· Cleaning Guest Rooms, Bathrooms and making beds, changing towels and replenish hotel amenities.
· Update status of rooms cleaned on assigned sheet.
· Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
· Ensure the rooms are properly set and clean before the guest arrives.
· Ensure that rooms are regularly cleaned according to the hotel standard operating procedures.
· Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfactions.
