SPA Helper

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

·         High school diploma

·         With NC II in Massage Therapy

·         Prior experience in a spa or wellness environment

·         Knowledge of various wellness and healing treatments

·         Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

                             DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

·         Greet guests and confirm their reserved treatments or services

·         Answer phone and make alter reservations as necessary

·         Provide assistance to the spa staff and management in their day-to-day tasks

·         Provide excellent services to guests in a spa facility center

·         Answer and respond to guests’ inquiries on spa facilities and services available

·         Maintain/manage equipment and tools in spa setting.

·         Ensure an ambience of warmth in spa premises through excellent services

·         Maintain spa premises neat and clean and a good working environment
