1. Monitor all checks, expenditures, contracts in coordination with the GM/President.
2. Oversee renewal of business permits, monthly payments of SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig contributions and loans, bi-monthly preparation of payroll.
3. Act as liaison between management and various government agencies such as BIR, BSP, and the LGU for compliance purposes. These compliance issues will be transmitted to the Admin Head who will then transmit the same to the GM/President for action.
4. Monitor and compile all leave forms submitted by staff. Monitor tardiness and absences of all staff. Manage schedule of auditors as well as rotation of employees in coordination with GM/President.
5. Monitor and update forex rates via FITS System in coordination with GM/President.
6. Monitor check issuances.
7. Assist in store transactions such as but not limited to:
a. Foreign exchange
b. Remittance
c. Bills Payment
d. Loading
e. Cryptocurrency
f. Jewelry Retail
g. other potential future services the business may offer
