JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Attends to employees needing medical attention and assistance. 
• Coordinates any work-related injuries/illnesses to the Safety Officer for immediate investigation and corrective actions.
• Prepares, updates, and maintains the medical records (including pre-employment/annual medical examinations, and regular consultation records.
• Assists the employees in interpreting physician’s instructions.
• Prepares necessary medical reports for analysis and decision-making.
• Gathers, prepares and presents health and safety information for employee awareness.
• Submits and follows up with PhilHealth and SSS documentation and reimbursements on sickness, maternity, and Magna Carta.
• Schedules and implements annual/ periodic/ special examinations of employees.
• Management of Lactating Facility
• Attend and assist in company-sponsored activities as needed.
• Manages the HMO benefits.
• Assist the Employee Relations in the CSR activities and other related concerns.
• Assist in day-to-day function of HR & Admin group whenever needed.

Competency:
• With OHNAP certificate is an advantage
