Job Description

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and guide customers by using particular features
Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Inform customers on any new features and its functions
Conduct after sales services
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

 

Job Requirement

Fluent in English
Fluent in another language is a plus (except English & Indonesia)
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role is a plus
Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
Familiar with Travel industry is a plus
Able to use computer
Experienced in using help desk software and remote support tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking ability
Have a good patience and tolerance when handling rough cases
