HR Assistant

Job Description

  • Assist in providing administrative support to HR Executive and HR Manager.

  • Maintain filing system and records for HR Department.

  • Organize and manage employee records.

  • Assist in updating of employees leave & time-off application records

  • Able to handle Recruitment

  • Respond to emails/answer telephone calls and provide needed information

  • Provide general support & any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR manager

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource/Business Management or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Good and positive attitude

  • Freshie encourage to apply

  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.

  • Willing to work at Setia Alam, Selangor
