Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Labor Relations
- Experience in handling labor cases
- Preferably with experience in Local Manpower Agency
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to Multi-task
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling employee complaints, administering grievance procedures, and providing counseling.
- Execute DOLE-mandated compliance obligations and help in audits.
- Provide for the immediate implementation of the disciplinary action process.
- Conduct a detailed investigation into each administrative case on hand.
- With the company's internal and external counsel's support, it represents management at mandatory conferences such as SENA, NLRC-Labor Arbiter, RTC, CA, and SC.
-In light of current HR Employee operations, review HR-related contracts, agreements, and internal policies to ensure they conform with all statutory or regulatory obligations.
