We are in need of HR Manager for MAndaue Site

Job Roles:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Human Resource Department
• Act as an HR Generalist and manages the administration and implementation of the Human Resources policies, procedures and programs
• Oversee the effective implementation and administration of over-all HR management strategies. 
• Ensure that these are geared towards optimum employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Spearheads the company's human resource programs and policies
• Must have in depth experience in recruitment, comp &ben, learning & development, employee relations, DOLE compliance, engagement

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations or its equivalent from a reputable school.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.•        Applicants must be willing to work 3pm-11pm, flexible when needed.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills is a must.
• Must be willing to work in CEBU City (Onsite Set Up)
•  Can start ASAP
• Experience working in a BPO set up is required. 
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Earn up to PHP28K monthly salary
