TORCH Solutions are in need of a Dayshift HR OFFICER with a Fixed Weekend Off for Work on the Site

Qualifications:

● Must have 3-4 years of experience in the  HR field
● Knowledge of employment law and regulations of Singapore/Malaysia/Hongkong/Taiwan/Philippines would be a big plus, but not a must
● Fluent in English (both oral and written)
● Min Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications or any other related disciplines
● Proactive, hands-on, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while keen to communicate abundantly information and tasks independently
● Mature to handle confidential information and tasks independently
● Highly organized and able to multitask
