• Perform end-to-end recruitment from calibration with clients and hiring managers, research, sourcing, functional and technical assessment, phone and face-to-face interviews, job offers/negotiations, and onboarding
• Promote social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other related social media networking sites.
• Manage interview schedules and acts as the coordinator between the candidate and hiring manager.
Qualifications:
1. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment processes
3. Willing to work in Potrero, Malabon
