To handle HR functions such as: recruitment (on boarding & off boarding), documentations (contracts) timekeeping, leave monitoring, payroll processing & other benefits and employee and labor relations, health and safety (HMO), Labor Law compliance, training and development (external), employee well-being including administrative tasks such permits and licenses.
As per need basis, provide assistance to the directors such as: setting appoinments & meetings for the clients and quarterly execom meetings - arrangements, sending invites and taking down the minutes of the meetings.
