Partner with the hiring manager (BU leads) to determine staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
Using traditional and non-traditional resources, source and entice a qualified pool of both active and passive candidates by conducting searches through creative sourcing techniques including social media, job posting boards, networking, internet mining, professional networking sites, job fairs, campus recruiting, local employment offices partnerships, etc.
Screen resumes, interviews candidates, administer appropriate assessments to provide the hiring manager with a viable pool of top candidates
Follow up with candidates and hiring manager to obtain feedback regarding both the recruiting process and candidate job fit
Coordinate with hiring managers regarding budget approval for the job offer for chosen candidates.
Maintain tracking system of all applicant activity
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and record-keeping requirements
Monitors completion of Pre-Employment requirements and schedules the candidate for On-Boarding
Endorse newly hires to requesting business unit
Monitors new hires on a weekly basis
Prepares necessary reports
End-to-end processes of Hiring
Adheres to company rules and regularizations
Employee relations
Attrition and retention monitoring
Staff tenure monitoring and serving contracts needed
Performs other duties to be assigned from time to time
