Job description
1. Handle foreign workers permits & renewals
2. Handle insurance policies, renewals and claims
3. Handle foreign workers medical and welfare
4. Update foreign workers data's / records in ASSIST Portal & Quickpay
5. Handle foreign workers affairs & Hostel
6. Assist in monitoring worker's attendance
7. Handle staff disciplinary matters / investigation and assist in conduct D.I.
8. Arrangement new arrival workers & Inductions briefing
9. Liaise with Recruitment Agency (special pass, permits & renew passport )
10.Mytravelpass- arrange foreign workers back to Malaysia
11. Assist foreign workers medical and welfare
12. Others related foreign workers matters
13. To perform other HR & Admin related duties assigned from time to time
