JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must be a graduate of Business Administration or related field
Preferably with three (3) or more years of administration or supervisory/managerial experience
Required Skill(s): Strong organizational and administrative skills, organized and able to prioritize tasks
Results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of employment/labor (DOLE) laws
Efficient HR administration and people management skills
Ensure effective implementation of company rules and regulations
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Strong market research practices and techniques
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proactive, highly motivated and flexible
Highly organised and attention to detail
Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Willing to start and work immediately in Makati City
