Responsibilities
· Prepare bill of quantities, cost estimates, variations cost, monthly interim progress claims, project accounts, schedules, tenders and valuation for all assigned projects
· Prepare and monitor variation orders and works assessment
· Manage cost effective and savings of all assigned projects
· Source and negotiate costs with clients, contractors and vendors
· Measure and taking-off quantity
· Attend site meetings
Requirements
· Diploma / Degree in quantity surveying / building / construction management / related field
· Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out / interior design firms
· Knowledge in Pre and Post Contract Administration
· Software skills in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
· Possess strong analytical, communications (oral and written), interpersonal, negotiation, organising, planning, presentation, problem-solving skills
· Organised, meticulous, self-motivated and work independently
