SUMMARY:
The position is responsible for producing large volume of candidates on a daily basis through pre-screening or profiles, conducting qualifying interviews, and scheduling of interviews.
He/she will work closely with other members of the recruitment team and business development officer in achieving the daily target and find best possible candidates for clients. It is important that the candidate possesses on-the-job experience as a recruiter. Having knowledge about the human resources principles is an advantage.
