Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates, career shifters, and BPO experts are welcome to apply
•  WFH set up but willing to work in Makati when needed
• Currently residing in NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal only
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [languages required]
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
• Must have own headset and wifi (candidate must be able to find a way to work around contingencies like faulty internet connection or broken headset)
