Job responsibilities:
• Communicates suitable options for resolution in a well-timed method.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Answer professional inquiries, as well as ask people to obtain a full understanding of what information are being needed.
• Ability to exercise good judgment to handle calls appropriately.
• Resolves telephone messages and delivers information and facts/recommendations to users.
Qualifications:
· At least 18 years old and above
· Must be residing along Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, and Bulacan only
· Must have at least 1-year BPO/Customer Care Experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Must have at least 30mbps internet wired connection
· Amenable to working at home with personal equipment
· Willing to start immediately.
