Job Responsibilities
Conducting employee onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain employees and HR-related files.
Ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage payroll process.
Conduct the recruitment process and strategy.
Develop & update job specification and description.
Candidate Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related fields
Male
Have minimum of 1 years experience in administrative roles
Excellent communication skills and highly organized person.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations would be an advantage.
Have an understanding about K3
Data driven person with strong analytics, Microsoft Office Excel savvy, and detail oriented.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and good judgement skills.
