Accounting Manager

CLIENT IS A JAPANESE IT SOLUTIONS COMPANY

RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading and overseeing the Accounting team
Handles general accounting operations which include: closing activities, financial accounting, bookkeeping, journal entry adjustments, reconciliation, etc.
Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting which includes: actual VS forecasted VS plan VS P&L
Government compliance which includes BIR application and process, 2316 preparation, tax calculation and filing, PEZA registration and processes
Accounting manual creation and establishing workflow processes
Payroll review and corrections and Alpha Listing

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or relevant field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Willing to work onsite (Cebu Office)
Knowledgeable about PEZA, BIR processing, and other Gov’t compliances
At least 5 years of experience in general accounting tasks
