Job Description:
Customer engagement: Communicate and negotiate with Japanese counterparts/clients requirements and project issues via video call meetings, chat, or face to face.
Act as the liaison between Japanese clients/business partners and API
Work with the applications development team to improve/develop products for customers.
Reports project progress regularly
Translates technical and functional documents from Japanese to English and vice versa as needed
Support the sales objective of the organization by arranging sales opportunities and presenting and explaining the technical specifications of the company's products and services and support in creating proposals and quotations based on the scope of the project.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any course
At least 2 years overall work experience
Japanese Level at least N2.
Knowledge in Japanese business culture and behavior is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills, able to manage complex issues and provide
solutions and options for the project team and client.
Independent thinker, self-starter, and able to work with individuals/ teams in implementing the project.
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility with work schedule to meet the demands of the project.
Experience in software development is an advantage.
