What you'll be doing
Reviewing client and business nature along with the project requirements and introducing more effective and efficient methods of completing the set project.
Developing standards and procedures for the set projects and training internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
Reviewing data collected through requirement gathering sessions and analyzing important business data and presenting the required sign-off documents, User Manuals and Change Request Forms.
Identifying and bridging the gaps which arise during the execution of the project between the technical perspective and business perspective for both client and the company.
Developing comprehensive business requirements documents by facilitating working sessions with business SME’s
Evaluating existing business processes to formulate business improvements
Coordinating with team members in the organization to create or improve workflows
Educating other departments on new processes, sharing ideas, and taking feedback
Minimum Requirements
3 years of project Leadership experience
5+ years of progressive IT experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Equivalent
At least 2 years experience as a business analyst
Previous experience of analyzing and in-depth understanding of the requirements using techniques such as use cases & scenarios, user stories, business rule analysis, process diagrams and data flow diagram
Proven experience of defining and documenting requirements/user stories across brands/projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills including business and technical writing skills
Flexible and has the ability to deal with change and perform other duties as assigned
