- To grow business networks and potential clients, and expand customer base
- To perform research into markets and reach out to organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- To develop new markets and business opportunities into sale revenues
- To work out proposals and quotes for projects and clients
- To formulate new products and solutions based on targeted markets with costing and price setting.
- To establish and achieve the goals for the product development team and sales team for business growth
- To train the sales and marketing team to develop necessary skills and knowledge
- To plan, oversee and coordinate sales and marketing initiatives, strategies and events
- To manage customer relationship and projects with customers and internal teams
- To ensure total customer satisfaction
Pre-requisites:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Mass Communications, Public Relation or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal collaboration and coordination skills
- Effective communication skills in BOTH English and Mandarin in verbal and written is a MUST in order to communicate with China and global customers
- Able to work independently with proactive and positive mindset, multi-task and result-orientated
- Experience in marketing / business development / sales is preferableProject management and coordination skill or experience in complex project management is an advantage
- Presentation and negotiation skills are preferable
- Practical experience in customer relationship management is added advantage
- Good understanding and interests in computing technology are highly preferable
- Able to flourish with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty
- Willing to travel on-site and work over-time and over weekend if and when required
- Experienced candidates with 2 years or above are encouraged to apply
Salary: RM4,000 ~ RM6,000 (With sales commission)
