Computer Support Specialist (Quezon City)

Job Description:

• §  Deal with employee or client who has technical issue and concern on his/her company mobile,
• §  computer and laptop with hardware and software problem such as email app error,
• §  configuration, password, malware & viruses.
• §  Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• §  Investigate, diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults
• §  Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• §  Handle equipment repair and replacement
• §  Check computer equipment, components, fixtures or fittings for electrical safety
• §  Coordinate directly to end users to determine the nature and cause of issue encountered

Administrative Duties:

• §  Prepare, update and monitor inventory record of office equipment, stocks and related supplies
• §  Handle monthly audit of equipment and stocks
• §  Send monthly inventory report to management
• §  Attend to other task given not limited to mentioned job responsibilities

Requirements:

• §  Graduate of any two or four year course (BSBA Courses, Psychology, Human Resource, Mass Communication, IT, and any related courses)
• §  Experience is an advantage but not required
• §  Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
• §  Willing to be trained and willing to learn
• §  Willing to work 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off
• §  Willing to work in Quezon City
• §  Willing to work in a Multilingual Recruitment Firm
• §  Residing in QC or nearby places in QC
• §  Conversational in using English language
