You will play an important role in:
• Handling all inbound calls, chat & email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
• Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
• Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
• You are required to work on rotational shifts.
